Kier Asset Support Contract Area 9

Kier won the Highways England Asset Support Contract managing over 450 miles or major roads around Birmingham, Coventry and Stoke-on-Trent.

  Fraser James Consulting provided commercial support within this contract working to:-
  1. Improve the Performance Management Scores of the contract
  2. Procure Subcontractors under various NEC Contracts
  3. Manage efficiency portfolios
  4. Calculating Commuted Lump Sums
  5. Audit and review of Project final Accounts by the commercial team.
