Highways England awarded Amey the £420m maintenance and response ASC across the East Midlands. With over 700km of roads Amey provides a strategic solution with over 200 staff. Fraser James Consultants were involved from the start of the contract assisting with the mobilisation and still are working with the Area 7 team. Fraser James were involved with:-

1. Creating, operating and maintaining a subcontractor management system
2. Procurement of subcontractors
3. Management Reporting
4. Managing teams of up to 20 Staff
